To celebrate the first birthday of the Renault Sandero in South Africa, Renault has launched a limited edition Sandero, called the ’1.4 Play Ltd’.
In the 15 months since its introduction, the locally manufactured Sandero family has become one of the country’s top 10 best-selling cars. To mark the success and to have some fun surrounding the Sandero’s first birthday, Renault South Africa has introduced the 1.4 Play Ltd.
With just 100 units produced at alliance partner Nissan South Africa’s Rosslyn plant, the 1.4 Play Ltd may be limited in terms of quantity, but Renault’s 5-year/150 000 km warranty ensures there’s no compromise on quality.
The Sandero 1.4 Authentique has been transformed with the help of unique decals, says Warren Olsen, General Manager – Marketing at Renault South Africa. “With the incorporation of value-added features including 14-inch alloy wheels, chrome exhaust tailpipe extension, front and rear mud flaps and up-to-the-minute connectivity comprising radio/CD/MP3/USB/IPOD connection, getting behind the wheel of the Sandero 1.4 Play Ltd is sure to be loads of fun. With just 100 units available, I say: if you want to play, don’t delay!”
Priced at R109 900, the Sandero 1,4-litre Play Ltd is available now at selected Renault dealers.
