German tuner TechTec has a series of power-upgrade stages for the BMW 1-Series M Coupe that can take output up to 331 kW.
The tuning company sarts things off slowly though, with an initial state of tune that will set you back €1 500 for an extra 30 kW – with total output getting dialed up to 280 kW and 580 Nm of torque from the standard car’s 250 kW and 500 Nm of torque. For €2 500 TechTec will boost the power your 1 M Coupe to 294 kW.
From there, it is only an extra €800 stretch for a larger radiator and increased power of 331 kW and 630 Nm of torque, making the diminutive 1-Series M capable of a 0 – 100 km/h sprint time of just 4.1 seconds. TechTec can also remove the top-speed limit for you and offers a KW club sport suspension as well as a titanium exhaust system from Akrapovic.
