Tuners of all things Mercedes, Brabus now offers 360 kW or 382 kW engine options for the Mercedes CL and S500 4Matic models. Other options include a wide selection of wheels between 18-and 22-inch diameter, some sporty and elegant styling cues thanks to an aerodynamic-enhancement kit and lots of exclusive interior options.
Brabus is also offering refined versions of the Mercedes CL500 and S500 4Matic BlueEfficiency models, all of which will be on display at the 2011 Essen Motor Show that starts at the end of November.
Brabus’ B50 365 kW engine tune, consists of a plug-and-play Brabus ‘PowerXtra’ module, which is integrated into the engine electronics and recalibrates the mapping for ignition, injection and the electronic boost pressure control. The Brabus B50 382 kW PowerXtra performance kit features an additional intercooler that aides in increasing power by 62 kW over the standard engine’s output.
