General Motors South Africa has activated a ‘Complete Care’ strategy for new and existing customers of Chevrolet, Opel and Isuzu products. The initiative will ensure a consistently satisfying and valuable ownership experience and instil trusted confidence in the brands. This follows on from GM’s Silver Award in the recent IPSOS customer study.

Some of the key components to Complete Care include:
• 5-year/120 000km warranty
• Free around-the-clock roadside assistance
• Customer Care Centre support
• Complete Service Mobile Apps
• Maintenance by GM-certified technicians
As part of the roadside assistance promise, GM will cover its customers by organising free accommodation, a rental car, safety at roadside repair and then return the car to a convenient place once the repairs have been completed. This compliments a growing dealer network with all centres equipped with the latest analytical systems.
