Maserati has unveiled a new sport package for the GranTurismo S Automatic in the United Kingdom.
Designed to deliver a “performance-oriented experience,” the kit includes reprogrammed transmission software and a sport exhaust system with a bypass valve that remains fully-open in Sport mode. Despite the enhancements, the 4.7-litre V8 still produces 323 kW and 490 Nm of torque, enabling the car to accelerate from 0 – 100 km/h in 5 seconds, before hitting a top speed of 295 km/h.
The sport package also boasts a number of styling tweaks. These include body coloured side skirts and front winglets, a black grille featuring the Maserati Trident logo with red accents, black mesh side grilles, black look headlights, an integrated rear boot lid spoiler and oval exhaust pipes, along with Grigio Mercury Neptune-design alloy wheels to round it all off.
UK customers will need to hand over and extra £3 840, bringing the price of a Sport pack equipped GranTurismo S Automatic to £92 480.
