Supercars and superbikes come across one another on any given Sunday and Youtube is filled with high-speed tussles between the two. The general theory is that superbikes will out-gun supercars when opening the throttle, but can’t stop as quickly or carry as much corner speed, thanks to only two wheels and half the contact patch with the road surface. Technology has changed, however, and it seems that high-end superbikes have taken the lead – even on a tight and undulating racetrack.
