News: Red Bull won’t rule out road car

If you’re an avid Formula One viewer, you’d be very familiar with the Red Bull-Infiniti team. Not too long ago the group was at the top of their game, the podium was well acquainted with the feet of their drivers, and they were unstoppable (note the past tense). But following the departure of their golden goose, Sebastian Vettel, it would be an understatement to say that the Red Bull-Infiniti racing team is struggling in the sport.

But as the popular saying goes, when one door closes, another door opens, and as a result of Red Bull’s consistent misfortune in Formula One, Red Bull is considering the production of their own road cars. This will undoubtedly be a massive game changer in the sports and super car industry. The Red Bull car is somewhat imminent following many threats of leaving Formula One by Red Bull, and this is excellent news, because most people are unaware of the fact that Red Bull played a massive role in the birth of the Infiniti Q50 Eau Rouge, a luxury sedan on steroids, with the Audi RS6, BMW M5 and the Jaguar XFR in it’s sights. The Infiniti Q50 Eau Rouge is powered by the same twin turbo 3.8 litre V6 found Nissan GTR, which should be more than enough information to justify how amazing it is.

“Our relationship with Infiniti has bought us into an automotive sector and we now have involvement in areas where we haven’t been involved as a technology business. The DNA of what we’re doing will start to be felt in future Infiniti products.” This was a statement made by Red Bull at the Goodwood festival of speed, which reassures us of Red Bulls future plans in the road car industry, specifically with Infiniti.
