Video: Drive your Land Rover via smartphone

Ever been in the off-road situation where you don’t quite know where the wheels are? Are they about to slide into a precarious ditch? What about over a sharp rock? Or just too scared of doing that 40-deg descent from behind the wheel? Land Rover’s smartphone app allows you to stand outside the car and control throttle, brake and steering from a safe distance like a high-tech model car. And we guess it’s not limited to off-road either which means use could use it for several other reasons – none of which we can think of right now.
