Train obliterates truck stranded in its path
Two things terribly wrong with this video. 1) With plenty of warning why ignore the flashing lights and closed booms? 2) After realizing the monumental cock-up why not bash through the flimsy barrier and get out the way?
Watching a train approach at 160km/h with you directly in its path is the stuff nightmares are made of. This truck driver spares himself certain death by inching the cab out the train’s path but the train driver was less fortunate and lost his leg in the accident.
The truck driver was detained by Czech police, facing charges of five to ten years in prison for public endangerment.
