Video: Extra Gear will be show’s encore

For those who wondered why Top Gear needed such a large team to do what previously was achieved by three, Extra Gear is the most credible answer. This spin-off show hosted by Chris Harris and Rory Reid brings 30 minutes of previously unseen footage, interviews and exclusive film. Extra Gear can be watched via BBC’s website.

For South African DSTV subscribers the first episode of Top Gear will air on the 1st of June at 8pm on BBC, three days after the original broadcast.
