Video: Spyker C8 Aileron Review
The Spyker C8 Aileron is powered by a 4,2-litre V8 that sends 300 kW and 480 N.m of torque to the wheels via an automatic gearbox. Spyker say the C8 Aileron can reach 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 300 km/h.
