Opel Corsa Colour Edition

General Motors South Africa has announced a refreshing newcomer in the Opel Corsa range, the Corsa Colour Edition.

The Corsa Colour Edition is derived from the Corsa 1.4 Sport 3-door model and replaces that model in the Corsa range. At first sight the most striking exterior feature is one of five attention grabbing colours: Sunny Melon; Magma Red; Oriental Blue; Casablanca White; and Black Sapphire.

The colours are complimented by dark tinted windows and a glossy black roof. Customers have a choice of either black or silver 17-inch alloy wheels to round off the visual package.

The concept of the Colour Edition extends to the interior. Here a leather clad steering wheel provides a sporty touch while the air vent surrounds are in red, yellow, blue, or white depending on the exterior colour of the vehicle. Seat stitching in red, blue or yellow, once again matched to the exterior colour, rounds off the interior styling package.

The sporty theme is enhanced by the sports style front seats and the alloy pedals. Under the bonnet lies the familiar 1.4-litre 16-valve DOHC engine with maximum power of 74 kW at 6 000 r/min and 130 Nm of torque at 4 000 r/min.

The 3-door Opel Corsa 1.4 Colour Edition is priced at R180 750.
