MINI Baker Street And Bayswater Limited Editions

MINI’s love of limited-run cars is legendary and the quirky brand has recently announced two more special edition models that celebrate the brand’s uniquely British image. Although the MINI brand is now owned by German auto giant BMW, the MINI Baker Street and MINI Bayswater are a homage to the city of London, and a celebration of the marque’s British heritage.

The MINI Baker Street is available in Cooper hatch and Cooper D hatch guise and sports glossy-black 16-inch wheels, a black roof, black mirror caps and will be available with grey, black or white metallic paint.
Satellite navigation is standard on the Baker Street and the interior features light grey trim accents and grey diamond-pattern stitching on the part-leather seats.

The MINI Bayswater is a sportier offering, and available in Cooper hatch, Cooper D hatch or in turbocharged Cooper S form. Outside, the Bayswater gets Kite Blue metallic paint, 17-inch alloy wheels, striped mirror caps and a bi-colour racing stripe that runs over the bonnet. Optional body colours for the MINI Bayswater consist of black and grey metallics. Black leather seats with two-tone stitching jazz up the Bayswater’s interior and piano black trim pieces give the MINI’s cabin a more sober ambiance. A high-end Harmon Kardon sound system is standard in the MINI Bayswater.

Both cars will attract a small premium over their base Cooper equivalents and no official production figures have been mentioned.
