Kahn Design has mixed up their customised offerings this week. On Monday we had the Concept 17 Defender, an armour-plated looking Land Rover that would have seen you emerge from the 2011 London Riots without breaking a sweat, and today they’ve announced their take on a delicate-by-comparison supercar, the Ferrari 458 Italia Spider.

It doesn’t take much to make a 458 Italia Spider look good, in fact it’s already a thing of beauty. Finished in a suave silver, the Kahn touch includes ceramic brakes with yellow brake calipers, an upgraded F1 gearbox (although the company hasn’t provided exactly how the gearbox has been upgraded), as well as the same 21-inch (front) and 22-inch (rear) alloy wheels as seen on Kahn’s hardtop Ferrari 458 Italia.

As with the 458 Italia, Kahn say the interior of their Spider can be tailed to what ever the customer wants, but from the photos we can see Kahn have gone with Ferrari’s black ‘Daytona’ leather electric sports seats.

As a reminder of the Ferrari 458 Italia Spider’s allure, watch the video below of the supercar being driven as it should be on one of the most spectacular roads in the world, the Stelvio Pass.
