GoodHope FM Presents: Rev Life 2012 at Killarney

Good Hope FM Rev Life @ Killarney

For the first time ever, Killarney Raceway and the Western Province Motor Club (WPMC) will be hosting the GoodHope FM Rev Life 2012 Festival on November 10th. South Africa’s premier drift exhibition team, D1S, will set fire to Cape Town’s Killarney Raceway in a sequence featuring stunt bike rider Brian Capper. The landmark event will also feature South Africa’s top 32 Drifters, along with the best from Mozambique, who’ll be battling it out for top honours in one of the most epic Drift battles ever seen in Cape Town.

For straight line fans, there is Regional MSA Drag action. Invited guests, Boetie Budler (Budler Motorsport), Hannes Minnaar (Minnaar Racing Developments), Arthur ‘AJ’ Joubert (AJ Racing) and Steve Clark (No Sweat Racing), will be battling it out in their lightning–quick drag machines. The very popular Street 2 Strip drag racing will also be taking place on the day.

Sound junkies will have the chance to break a world record as IASCA will be arriving in Cape Town to host the ultimate sound-off. The Castrol Mobile Dyno will be there so you can strap your car down and see just how much power it’s making.

For those wanting to do more than just watch, the Go-Kart short track will be available for show-goers to strap themselves into a kart and race a few laps. The Miss Rev Life 2012 contest will provide extra eye-candy to see who, out of the 10 hottest girls in Cape Town, can walk away with the crown.
