The little known sub-culture of ‘Vanning’ has been around since the 70s and it seems that no one has told these guys that we’re in the 21st century now. Shirtless and a little creepy, they’re a father’s worst nightmare. It’s no wonder they’re a little known community within the car clubbing and customising culture.
