The Jaguar F-Type Coupe has recently launched in South Africa (priced from R843 000) and, while the local launch took place at the aged Roy Hesketh circuit in Kwa-Zulu Natal, Chris Harris had the opportunity to exploit the 5.0-litre supercharged V8′s full 405 kW and 680 Nm on some of Spain’s best mountain roads. After giving us a taste of the ‘real-world’ F-Type coupe experience, Chris then heads out on the Motorland Aragón grand prix circuit. Those familiar with the MotoGP or World Superbike Championships will recognise the undulating, flowing and high-speed circuit, that makes for a spectacular opening drift scene.
