The Merecdes-Benz SLS AMG GT boasts a 6.2-litre V8 with 435 kW and 650 Nm of torque. The super GT has a limited top speed of 315 km/h and will launch from 0 – 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds. In addition to the plentiful performance are levels of luxury and comfort that wouldn’t crease an Armani suit.
However, the Americans like to turn all things automotive up to ’11′ on the proverbial volume knob and they often involve a supercharger. The Weistec SLS 825 is one such example, with a hike in power to 825 HP or 615 kW. Torque has also been increased to 895 Nm and Weistec have added their own custom exhaust system to let the world know all about it too.
