Following its international reveal in February last year, the Audi TT RS has at last been blessed with the company’s seven-speed dual-clutch S tronic automatic transmission.
Equipped with the S tronic system, the TT RS Coupe lists fuel consumption figures of 8.5 l/100km on the European combined cycle, bettering the manual’s 9.2 l/100km. Power is provided by the same 2.5-litre 5-cylinder TFSI engine, producing 250 kW and 450 Nm of torque. In S tronic auto form, the TT RS Coupe flies to 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds, again bettering the 4.6 seconds of the manual Coupe.
