Underground Racing Builds Lamborghini Aventador LP1200-4

Underground Racing are the first tuning company to strap a set of turbochargers to the new Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4.

In standard form the Aventador’s 6.5-litre V12 engine delivers 515 kW, which is enough to launch the supercar from 0 – 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds and on to a top speed of 350 km/h. Underground Racing, however, have been hard at work – in an abandoned military bunker we presume – and have managed to tweak the Aventador’s 6.5-litre V12 engine to produce a staggering 882 kW (1 200 HP) – figures which Bugatti engineers would be familiar with.

The 42 percent increase in power has brought the 0 – 100 km/h sprint time down to an eye-watering 2.2 seconds – 0.3 seconds faster than the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport. No further information has been released at this stage, but take a look at the video of the twin-turbo Aventador.
