Peugeot has released the first teaser images and video of it’s Onyx supercar concept that will be shown at the Paris Motor Show.
Few details are known at this stage, but Spanish site Autoblog reported that the Onyx will boast a hybrid drivetrain combining a 1.6-litre turbocharged petrol engine and electric motor, producing 188 kw and 88 kW respectively. With the concept likely to feature plenty of weight saving carbon-fibre, the peak power output of around 276 kW is sure to give the Peugeot Onyx a favourable power-to-weight ratio and some snappy performance figures.
We’ll have more details as they become available, but for now we Peugeot have given us these teaser images and video of a wide and low-slung, supercar-looking silhouette to ponder.
