The sum of updates to the Aston Martin Rapide S doesn’t start and end with an over sized grille. No, Aston have modified the big 6.0-litre V12 engine to take power from a punchy 350 kW to more grizzly 410 kW. The engine also sits 19 mm lower in the engine bay than the standard Rapide. Acceleration to 100 km/h is 0.4 seconds quicker than the standard Rapide, yet CO2 emissions are 7 percent lower. From behind the wheel it seems the ‘S’ has made the Rapide an even better performer and luxury limo all in one. Of course there’s always the timeless beauty to consider too.
