Architects are known for their fanaticism of attention to detail and often their taste for minimalism. Such is the case with Holger Schubert, who created a unique garage/studio space wherein he can work and showcase his beloved Ferrari BB 512i. In this brief video, Holger shares the details of his car and of his enviable space, which includes a 4.5 metre bridge for a driveway and picture perferct views over the Pacific Ocean.
The Ferrari BB 512i was introduced in 1981 and was the last of the 512 series. The ‘i’ signified that the 4 942 cc 12-cylinder engine was equipped with fuel injection, which reportedly gave it a smoother temperament and made it easier to live with on the road. Other features unique to the 512i were the wheels, ‘running lights’ in the nose and red rear fog lamps next to the exhaust pipes.
