Academy Award winning director Ron Howard, has chosen to recreate the epic rivalry between two of Formula 1′s fiercest competitors ever, James Hunt and Niki Lauda, in a new movie called ‘Rush’.
The excitement, emotions, drama and everything else that went along with the Niki Lauda versus James Hunt battle throughout the 1976 F1 season, are played out on locations in Germany, Austria and the UK, while a number of genuine F1 race cars are also featured. The film is set to debut on 20 September 2013, with no news at this stage as to whether it’ll make local cinemas.
