Porsche Australia recently held their Rennsport Australia Festival, where they wheeled out hundreds of production and racing versions of their sportscars. Everything from vintage Porsches to the latest 911 GT3 Cup where on display. Highlights included the 1981 Le Mans-winning Porsche 936 and the 2005/6 class-winning American Le Mans Series LMP2 Porsche RS Spyder.
Held at the Sydney Motorsport Park, some of the cars lapped the circuit for sheer crowd-pleasing pleasure, while others participated in actual racing, including the first Porsche Carrera Cup Australia Pro-Am endurance race.
