There may not be much point to this test for any of the four cars involved, but it does show that if you’re willing to spend another 35% of the price of a Toyota 86, (and disqualify it from legally driving on public roads in race trim), then it could get within a few hundredths of a second of a McLaren 12C supercar around a racetrack. It’s fun to watch though.
