Recently the 3 000th McLaren 12C rolled off the production line and with so many already skimming across the world’s tarmac, the market for personalisation of 12Cs is growing too.
Enter RevoZport Racing Technology Ltd. who have produced custom kits and accessories for many high-powered vehicles, including the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, Nissan GT-R and more modest BMW 1 Series M Coupe and Volkswagen Golf R.
In the case of the McLaren 12C, RevoZport have created six new aerodynamic components. The first and most obvious is the new front bumper with carbon fibre front lip. The item has been modelled on that of the exclusive McLaren 12C HS (High Sport), which is exactly what the 12C needs in our opinion.
Other items include lightweight carbon fibre side skirts, a carbon fibre rear air tunnel and diffuser, a carbon fibre rear wing and air brake, as well as carbon fibre rear blades for the side air intakes.
The kit can be bought in individual pieces starting from US$2 900 for the side skirts, or the entire package will set you back $23 400. Overall it’s a fairly subtle styling update, but one which compliments the already understated looks of the McLaren 12C.
