The BMW 4 Series Gran Coupé is likely to be a car that many love to hate. The debate as to whether BMW need a sleeker four-door version of their already sleek 4 Series coupé, which itself is an off-shoot of the four-door 3 Series, is likely to rage on for many months.
All three body-styles share the same platform, give or take a few tweaks, and in all likelihood the same range of engines. The 4 Series Gran Coupé seems a logical move from BMW, who have a product range that’s become anything but exclusive.
