
The upcoming BMW M2 Coupe has been putting in some time at the Nurburgring Nordschleife. The BMW M2 will be powered by a 3.0-litre TiwnPower turbocharged straight-six, which is expected to produce between 260 and 270 kW. Expect all manner of BMW M car goodness to come standard too, such as wider front and rear tracks, a larger and lightweight 19-inch wheel and tyre combination, bigger brakes, a limited-slip differential and optional M-DCT transmission. The M2 will fit squarely between the M235i and M4, and will take-on rivals like the Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG and Audi RS3 variants when they arrive.
