Although we motorists have little respect for just about anything that gets between us and a good parking spot, steal the disabled’ parking and feel the wrath of a uniformed (and apparently decorative) public service. Just who carries around this many blue sticky notes to be able to pull off such a elaborate prank? Sadly we never see the earlier footage to be able to applaud them for such detailed automotive scrapbooking.
