MTM Tuned Volkswagen T5 Caravelle Is Wild

MTM will show off their new tuning program for the Volkswagen T5 at the Geneva Motor Show.

Based on a standard VW T5 Caravelle, the MTM T 500 2.5 TFSI 4motion is driven by an in-line five-cylinder producing 350 kW at 6 900 r/min and 625 Nm of torque at 4 100 r/min. Acceleration from 0 – 100 km/h is 6.1 seconds and top speed is around 280 km/h, which is seriously quick for the Caravelle’s box shape. Helping to keep the car on the road is a coilover suspension, high-performance brakes and 20-inch wheels with Michelin SuperSport tyres.

The price for the fastest ‘kombi’ on the road? As near as makes no difference, €160 000!
