Arrinera Automotive has released pricing and technical specifications for their upcoming supercar. Who are Arrinera Automotive? They’re Polish-based company, in which Lee Noble has also been involved, and officially formed in 2008, followed by the reveal of their first prototype in 2011 and now the supercar you see here, known simply as the Arrinera.
Penned by designer Pavlo Burkatskyy, the Arrinera borrows a couple of styling cues from Lamborghini, but remains distinctive enough, with its carbon fibre roof and aggressive tail end. The doors open to reveal an interior that features sports seats covered in high quality leather, as well as a leather-wrapped dashboard. Options include carbon fibre trim, LED ambient lighting, sat-nav and a night-vision camera.
The Arrinera will be powered by a mid-mounted 6.2-litre supercharged LS9 V8 engine, which also powers the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1. This engine delivers a maximum output of 478 kW and 820 Nm torque and is mated to a six-speed gearbox by Graziano. The car weighs only 1 300 kg, which means it’ll accelerate from standstill to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds. The 200 km/h barrier is passed in 8.9 seconds and the top speed is 340 km/h.
Underneath the bespoke bodywork lies a high-strength steel chassis and a multi-link independent suspension that was designed by Lee Noble. There’s also a high-performance braking system with discs that measure 380 mm front / 350 mm rear.
The new supercar will be made in Poland, with deliveries are scheduled to start later this year. Pricing is expected to start at €116 740.
