Within the walls of Castello di Panzano Castelfranco Emilia, located among vineyards in Modena, Italy, resides what must surely be one the world’s finest private vehicle collections, ‘Collezione Righini’.
The collection includes countless historic vehicles, not to mention legends and icons. There are for example several landmark Alfas (including Tazio Nuvolari’s 8C 2300), many Lancias (including a Stratos), notable Formula 1 cars, as well as the very first car that Enzo Ferrari built after departing Alfa Romeo – the only Auto Avio Costruzioni (AAC) Type 815. We can thank the team at Petrolicious for this history and, as we like to think of it, art lesson.
