Sun City will host country’s must-see car display
The country’s top car collections encompassing the best of sports cars, classic and luxury will be on display at Sun City for the inaugural Concours South Africa diarised for the 9-11 September.
Concoursd’Elegance competition dates as far back as the 17th century although the very nature hasn’t changed all that much, still attracting prized automobiles to be judged for their design, authenticity and preservation.

The categories have been set and the organisers are expecting 150 cars to take stage on the beautiful lawns with the Gary Player golf course as the lush backdrop. Amongst the exquisite cars on display, this event will be an opportunity to dress up in those traditional tweeds and plaids for those once in a lifetime selfies.
“We see this as an opportunity for owners of these special cars, their pride and joy, to express themselves to the fullest extent” said Ross Crichton, organiser of Concours South Africa and a veteran supercar aficionado.
“The Sun City venue provides the ideal backdrop to showcase South Africa’s finest cars, and the venue enables participants to enjoy the cars and themselves to the fullest over an unforgettable weekend, surrounded by like-minded people.”
Entrance for spectators is free and those looking to enter their car must do so before the 30th of June. Below are the categories and for more information on Concours SA and how to enter your cars go to: www.concourssa.co.za
