Porsche’s Panamera Sport Turismo available in SA

Porsche South Africa has confirmed that the Panamera Sport Turismo, which debuted at Geneva just last week is now available to order in South Africa.

The 4+1 seater will be available in 3 derivatives starting with the 243kW Panamera 4 Sport Turismo and ending with the 404kW Turbo Sport Turismo.

With innovative technology such as rear axle steering, active four wheel drive, Porsches digital advanced cockpit and a world first:  an adaptively extendable roof spoiler.

With Sport, and Sport Plus engaged the roof spoiler moves into its performance position at 90km/h producing a maximum of 50kg of down force on the rear axle.

Panamera Turbo Sport Turismo

The usability of the luggage compartment benefits from the electrically operated, wide tailgate, and a loading edge height of just 628 millimeters. Luggage space is up 20 litres on the Sport Turismo to 520-litres.

The backrests of the three rear seats can be folded down together or individually and are unlocked electrically from the luggage compartment. When all backrests are folded down, the loading floor is virtually level and offers a storage volume of up to 1,390 litres (Panamera 4 E-Hybrid Sport Turismo: 1,295 litres), resulting in a total gain of 50 litres when compared to the luxury sedan.

The Panamera Sport Turismo can be ordered as of today with first models to arrive early next year.
