The updated 2011 Aston Martin Vantage GT4 has just been revealed showcasing a revised engine. The 2011 Vantage GT4 is powered by a new 4.7-litre V8 engine with increased power and torque output (the exact figures have not been revealed). The 2011 Aston Martin Vantage GT4 comes with similar aerodynamics as the V12 Vantage road car, but with increased downforce.
The Vantage GT4 continues to be based on the V8 Vantage road car, including its aluminum chassis, base engine and suspension design. In addition, the 2011 Aston Martin Vantage GT4 comes with race-developed Bosch ABS and traction control system. The car is also equipped with a new splitter for increased downforce, a larger boot ‘flip’, and new carbon fibre diffuser and rear underfloor.
