2011 Gillet Vertigo Belgian Supercar

Posted on 01 November 2010 by Scott Hayes

Early next year we will see the birth of a reviewed Gillet Vertigo, a supercar with Belgian roots. The looks will hardly change, but the biggest modification is found underneath the bonnet where a 4.2-litre V8 from Maserati will breath instead of the current Alfa Romeo V6.

The result is 309 kW transfered through a six-speed sequential gearbox to the rear-wheels. The total weight of the Vertigo is 990 kg. For prospective owners who are a little more power hungry, Gillet offer the potential to upgrade the power, but no details are available at this stage.
