The flagship Mercedes-Benz SL has always been the cream of the crop in the vast Mercedes-Benz Coupe range. SA Car Fan was invited to attend the local South African launch event, where the newer, lighter and more powerful SL was introduced to the motoring media. Mercedes-Benz provided the SL500, SL63 AMG and SL65 AMG to sample in the Western Cape.
